VLP SMILE Scholarship

Awards range from $1,000 to $5,000 per recipient.

This is the 16th year Valerie's family and friends have honored her memory by hosting an annual charity golf tournament to fund scholarships for students with the drive and determination to pursue their educational dreams. Established in Valerie's name, this memorial scholarship fund ensures that her spirit — and her smile — continue to shine brightly through the lives of those she inspires.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the Form

    Tell us your name, address, school you plan to attend, intended major, and contact information.

  2. Record a Short Video

    Three minutes or less — tell us a little about yourself and what you hope to gain from your college experience, besides a degree.

  3. Attach & Submit

    Upload your video with the form. We'll reply with a confirmation from VLPSMILEScholarship@gmail.com.

Application Deadline: Videos must be received no later than April 30, 2027. We're looking forward to watching your submissions!
